I am building a website. Can the website be of any topic or specific topics?

I saw that "TechxNova Hacks is a Python and Machine Learning hackathon". So if i am building website that should be of this topic?

    Hi! Your website can be on any topic that work to fix a problem in society. It doesn't need to include Python or machine learning.
